When I’m not immersed in business, I’m usually home-educating our kids, reading with a cuppa in hand, travelling in our converted camper, chatting with Nichola, tackling a DIY project, or enjoying the garden—my ultimate sanctuary.

I’m Nichola, and I qualified as an Actuary (FFA) in 2016 after years of dedication as an Actuarial Trainee. My journey didn’t stop there—I became a Business Improvement Manager, leading teams across India and the UK to deliver impactful improvement projects. My passion has always been in planning, product and process design, and crafting streamlined, automated solutions that genuinely make a difference.
Jonathan and I first collaborated over a decade ago, building an automated solution to analyse the movements in business assets and liabilities. Since then, we’ve brought the same energy, precision, and creativity to every business venture and personal project we tackle—always striving for maximum value and purposeful design.
At BISONBIZ®, I channel my love for planning into helping businesses thrive, alongside balancing life with our two wonderful children, two playful rabbits, and our ever-energetic dog. I also serve as a peer reviewer for our material and lead our Marketing and Design efforts to ensure everything we create reflects our passion and purpose.
For me, relaxation is all about the simple joys—spending time as a family, gardening, baking, or diving into craft projects. These moments remind me of what truly matters, and I hope to bring that same sense of clarity and joy to every business we support.
