The time it takes for BISONBIZ® to deliver results depends on various factors such as the client's goals, competition, dedication, commitment to change and budget. However, we only permit a minimum of 3 month engagements, noting we recommend you commit to a 12 month period at the end of which you should review where you are against the key drivers. We always strive to deliver measurable and sustainable results within a reasonable timeframe.

Yes, BISONBIZ® offers business development services. 

BISONBIZLite™ is our current subscription model, it is offered on a non-refundable initial 3-month commitment, rolling monthly thereafter or on a 1-year rolling subscription. Refunds would only be considered where no activity has occurred on your account.

We will continue to add resources essentially increasing the value of your subscription over time. You will also benefit from grandparent rights if you maintain your subscription. Lapses will be deemed as if you were a new customer.

Our subscription models are designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, etc and positioned at a price point to be affordable and to disrupt the business consulting market. This is to provide you with access to valuable insights and resources that would normally cost over £1,000 per day, via a Tier-1 consultancy.

Start-ups are often in a position of having low cash, and high burn-through rates. Often that is a reflection of the business model, experience of the management team, and the push from Venture capital, etc. But that doesn't teach you how to build a business to last and ride out the start-up phase. Our model will help you identify the key drivers for you to focus on to increase value and to protect your and the investment of others.

We are advocates and advisors in using the Value Builder System™, this is a framework that identifies several key drivers to increase company value. Within this you complete a questionnaire on your business and we offer a score against these drivers. From there we help you identify the key drivers to focus on and build an action plan with tools, techniques and advice on how to deliver.
